Sandy Thuy Le, 26, passed away today from injuries received in Austin Texas' South By Southwest Festival, when a driver drove down a "closed off" street at high speed last week. The driver killed two outright, and sent more than two dozen more to the hospital. With the passing of Ms. Le, several still remain in serious condition.
